#MarkAndKrisjean Wedding
Dressed
in my best, I went along with my husband to the reception. We skipped the whole
church thing and we went directly to the reception. It was held in Venue 88,
Purok Malakas, General Santos City. Krisjean is my husband's friend and believe it or not, it was our first time to attend a non-Muslim wedding
reception. So for me, this experience is worth sharing.
The place was beautifully made. Very perfect. Very bluish.
The staff hospitality was so great. The room was spacious and I bet the food was
delicious although we left during dinner because my husband was dismayed upon
seeing the “litson” slicing in front of him haha Muslim thingy. But other than
that, everything was so great.
Also, I kind of liked the table arrangement. There were some
sand with sea shells on it, of course flower arrangement was so good. You can
notice that guests were very comfortable plus the very nice room temperature.
The ceremony began with the groom and bridal party procession,
together with the principal sponsors, and newlywed’s parents.
One of the most awaited part for the newlyweds was their first dance as husband and wife. We left during the dinner so I guess we missed other parts
of the ceremony.
Another thing I love in this event is the value of cooperation.
The guests were very participative and that made the newlyweds feel happy and
valued. I can read in Krisjean’s face that she waited long for this moment. And
for Mark, it’s so obvious with just the way he move that he was so happy and proud. We felt the same feeling during our wedding two years ago. Very unforgettable. Well, I wish them good health and years of happiness. Congratulations to Mark and Krisjean.
